Redesigning the Afrikrea shipping service on the web to improve the overall user-experience
Sellers on Afrikrea generates a shipping label form to get a waybill which they attach to their package when shipping. The goal of this redesign is to identify usability challenges and improve the user experience of the shipping space on the platform.

The shipping label form is long and doesn't capture the volumetric weight of the package hereby leading to a possible overcharge on shipping. The current report on logistics of the company showed an approximately of 20% sellers are overpriced or charged when shipping packages. Errors were hard to fix because sellers had to scroll up and down, this can be a pain especially on mobile. It was also a challenge finding a specific label on the label list page and this issue has been reported by customer care.
